Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with injection molding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove molds in injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot plastic parts that do not meet quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Train new operators and provide team leadership.
• Operate in an FDA and cGMP-regulated environment.
• Record batch data using GDP.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory in SAP.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis.
