Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Production Technician for the Injection Molding Department. You will set up molds, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting to meet production goals.

You will train operators, document batch records with GDP practices, and support nonconformance investigations while ensuring compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in FDA and cGMP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove molds in injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot defective parts and ensure quality.
• Train new operators and provide leadership.
• Operate in FDA and cGMP-regulated environment.
• Document batch records and GDP data.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Review and verify controlled documents and production orders.
• Support inventory counts and SAP transactions.
