Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management; 5+ years of manufacturing operations management experience, leading teams in a production environment.
• 3–5 years of injection molding experience.
• Experience driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive company KPIs and metrics for efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee production processes to deliver high-quality products meeting customer needs.
• Develop and adjust daily production schedules for molding machines.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.
• Lead training on safe and efficient operation of all assembly equipment.
