• Develops and implements procedures to train employees on safe operation of molding equipment.
• Creates daily production schedules on molding machines.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and leads safety meetings.
• Collaborates with maintenance to plan downtime and mold servicing.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Manages performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
