Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises injection molding activities and directs staff in the molding area.
• Directs, instructs, and trains new and promoted employees; monitors performance.
• Ensures proper training and safety in machine operation for hourly workers.
• Investigates and applies disciplinary actions per company policies.
• Audits and records quality and productivity of subordinates.
• Ensures compliance with departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
