Job summary

Guided Search Partners is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a focus on plastic injection molding to support our automotive manufacturing clients in Greenville, SC.

You will lead process engineering and development efforts, drive continuous improvement initiatives such as CI and SMED, manage launches, and develop robust process designs to reduce scrap and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years plastic injection molding processing.
• Experience in tier 1 or tier 2 automotive environments.
• Strong expertise in process engineering and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level process engineering and process development support to the plant(s)
• Lead injection molding process improvement/process development
• Manage process development process from launch
• Lead CI, SMED, and scrap reduction
• Develop and issue process designs
