Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in injection molding and plastics processing in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience using RJG systems, including Edart and CoPilot.
• BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Plastics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process/tooling/automation issues.
• Develop, maintain and improve process standards, control plans, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor engineers, technicians and operators in molding best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and capital projects.
• Lead mold trials, development, sampling, and launch readiness for new products.
