Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage unit activities and allocate resources for designated shifts.
• Coach and support the team to meet the unit and hospital mission.
• Ensure care is delivered by qualified staff according to patient needs and technology level.
• Demonstrate professional practice and knowledge; role model nursing skills.
• Participate in ongoing unit management responsibilities.
• Provide individualized nursing care in the Infusion department.
• Oversee care outcomes during the work period and collaborate with nursing personnel.
