Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex infusion pump programs across the full product lifecycle, coordinating between R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing and supply chain to deliver projects in a highly regulated medical device environment.

You will own scope, timelines, budgets and risks, escalate issues, drive decisions with senior leadership, and ensure compliance with design controls and lifecycle processes while supporting continuous improvement and PMO practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• 6+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in regulated industries.
• Experience with electromechanical medical devices and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infusion pump programs across the full product lifecycle, including new product development and sustaining engineering.
• Own program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and risk management from initiation through closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, regulatory, quality, commercial, service, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with dependencies and milestones.
• Establish governance, lead reviews and decision forums, and resolve complex issues and risks.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, quality, manufacturing, supplier, cybersecurity, and commercial risks.
• Communicate status, milestones, and budgets to senior leadership and secure resources.
• Ensure compliance with design controls, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
