Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex infusion pump programs across the full product lifecycle.

You will own scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and risk management, directing cross-functional teams to align engineering, regulatory, quality, and commercial priorities. This role operates within a highly regulated medical device environment and requires collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management in regulated industries.
• Experience with electromechanical medical devices or infusion systems is preferred.
