Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5–7+ years of relevant work experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, hospital pharmacy operations, or other related field.
PharmD preferred, experience working directly in alternate site environments as an operator or advisor.
Exposure to the healthcare or distribution industry. Familiarity with structured problem‑solving methods.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs, partners, and client teams to deliver infusion consulting solutions.
Lead portions of client meetings and build trust through clear communication and infusion results‑driven insights.
Develop high‑impact presentations, reports, and dashboards that translate data into actionable narratives.
Create executive messaging frameworks to communicate priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support infusion business recommendations.
