Job summary

Visante is seeking a Consultant Pharmacist to join our team of experts dedicated to transforming healthcare through pharmacy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-certified school.
• Preferred advanced degree (MS, MBA, MPH, MHA) and ASHP PGY1 or specialty residency.
• Minimum 5 years of health system pharmacy experience, including 3 years in formal leadership; HSPAL residency acceptable in lieu of formal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote project support to ensure timely deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery, planning and resource allocation.
• Consult with clients to assess workflows and implement solutions.
• Lead internal and client meetings, coordinating with client teams.
• Develop relationships and drive changes to meet client objectives.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations for clients.
• Advance Visante capabilities through policies, templates, or standard work.
