Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Infusion Delivery Solutions. The role focuses on building relationships with key decision makers in acute hospitals and IDNs, driving territory growth across western states, and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related healthcare experience; medical device sales highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation, communication, planning and sales strategy traits.
• Demonstrated success in a consultative selling role with questioning, listening, and closing.
• Solid influencing, selling and presentation skills; effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel frequently – air/auto; typically >50% travel; valid driver’s license.

• Achieve territory sales quota for Fresenius Kabi Infusion Delivery products.
• Maintain technical and commercial competence on products and services.
• Use consultative, value-based selling to address customer needs.
• Position Fresenius Kabi against competitors based on clinical outcomes and ROI.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Travel outside of own territory as needed to support corporate objectives.
• Develop strategic hospital relationships to drive product purchases.
• Communicate with managers and align sales efforts with targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
