Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Senior Account Manager for Infusion Delivery Solutions to cultivate and sustain relationships with key hospital decision makers across the Northwest and Mountain West region. You will drive strategic account plans, demonstrate ROI of Fresenius Kabi offerings, and align with cross-functional teams to expand within IDNs.
The role requires a proven healthcare sales track record, strong consultative selling, and the ability to travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare industry sales experience.
- Experience with healthcare accounts (acute hospitals/IDN) preferred.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling ability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office; ERP/SAP and CRM systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales quota for IV solutions and delivery products.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital decision makers.
- Use consultative selling to address customer needs.
- Develop territory business plan and forecast opportunities.
- Travel within designated geography up to 50%+.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Contract teams.
- Articulate ROI and value proposition.
