Job summary

Insight is seeking a Solution Principal Sr in Chandler, AZ to lead technical solution design across cloud, data center, storage, and resiliency. You will partner with sales to scope and advance opportunities, engage with clients to gather requirements, and translate needs into scalable solutions aligned with Insight capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, consulting, or solution design.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center, storage, virtualization, or disaster recovery.
• Pre-sales support experience and collaboration with sales teams.
• Experience developing technical solutions and supporting SOW creation.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design across infrastructure domains including cloud, data center, storage, and resiliency.
• Partner with sales teams to scope, qualify, and advance opportunities through the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements through workshops, discovery, and solution discussions.
• Translate client needs into scalable, deliverable solutions aligned to Insight capabilities.
• Support development of Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope definition and solution validation.
• Ensure alignment between pre-sales solutioning and delivery execution to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to drive consistent and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in pipeline management activities and opportunity reviews to support deal progression.
