Andersen Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Service Delivery Lead to join the Infrastructure Operations Center. The role bridges Infrastructure & Operations with business stakeholders, ensuring prioritized, reliable technology services aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure, service delivery, operations, or technology leadership experience.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of cloud, servers, storage, backup, databases, networking and enterprise platforms.
Experience with IT Service Management frameworks and operational governance.
Strong delivery planning, prioritization and backlog management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of IOC projects and initiatives across monitoring, incident and problem management, and data center modernization.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
Track progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
Coordinate with engineering, security, architecture, project, vendor and service management partners.
