Parametrix seeks an Infrastructure Risk Manager to lead risk management across large-scale infrastructure projects. You will identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks that impact cost, schedule, safety, or performance, coordinating with client agencies and partners.

The role supports remote or hybrid work from any Parametrix office, offering ownership structure and competitive compensation. Strong communication with executive teams is essential.

Formación

• Requires a degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of risk management experience on large infrastructure programs.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (CM/GC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build).
• Facilitation of risk workshops and leadership in risk strategy development.
• Familiarity with programmatic risk tools and strong executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk identification and assessment across technical, financial, environmental, and delivery aspects of complex infrastructure programs.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate risk workshops and manage risk register with diverse teams and agency partners.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring and reporting with actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Serve as senior advisor on risk management strategies and governance for large programs.
