Job summary

Parametrix is seeking an Infrastructure Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring across high-profile infrastructure programs. The role collaborates with client agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to manage risks affecting cost, schedule, safety, and performance.

The position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity from any Parametrix office, with a focus on strategic risk leadership and governance across complex transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of risk management experience on large-scale infrastructure or transportation programs.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., CM/GC, Design-Build).
• Facilitates risk workshops and leads strategy development on high-stakes projects.
• Familiarity with programmatic risk tools and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification across technical, financial, environmental, and delivery aspects of infrastructure programs.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies aligned with program objectives and partner expectations.
• Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register with diverse teams and agency partners.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring and reporting for decision-makers.
• Advise on risk management strategies, delivery methods, and governance for large programs.
