Job summary

Parametrix is hiring an Infrastructure Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across complex infrastructure programs. You will coordinate with client agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to monitor risks that could impact cost, schedule, safety, or performance.

The role may be remote or hybrid from any Parametrix office. You will facilitate risk workshops, manage risk registers, and provide ongoing risk reporting to executives, guiding governance and delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of risk management experience on large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience with CM/GC, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build delivery methods and public agency processes.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and leading risk strategy development on high-stakes projects.
• Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification and assessment across technical, financial, environmental, and delivery-related aspects of complex infrastructure programs.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies that align with program objectives and partner expectations.
• Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register with diverse teams and agency partners.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring and reporting, ensuring updates and actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Serve as a senior advisor on risk management strategies, delivery methods, and governance processes for large infrastructure programs.
