Job summary

Parametrix is seeking an Infrastructure Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for large infrastructure programs. The role involves guiding risk strategies across technical, financial, and delivery aspects and coordinating with client agencies and stakeholders.

You will facilitate risk workshops, monitor risk registers, and provide actionable insights for decision-makers, acting as a senior advisor on governance and delivery methods for major projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of risk management experience for large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (CM/GC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build) and public agency processes.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and leading risk strategy development on high-stakes projects.
• Familiarity with programmatic risk tools and ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification and assessment across technical, financial, environmental, and delivery aspects of infrastructure programs.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies aligned with program objectives and partner expectations.
• Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register with diverse teams and agency partners.
• Provide ongoing risk monitoring and reporting with updates and actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Serve as a senior advisor on risk management strategies, delivery methods, and governance processes for large infrastructure programs.
