Luster National, Inc. seeks Reporting Specialists to support large heavy‑civil infrastructure programs—highways, bridges, transit, and airports—with recurring reports, dashboards, and status updates. You will collect, organize, and present data to show progress, milestones, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 5+ years of reporting experience in heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to collect, validate, and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating written summaries, dashboards, and presentations for audiences.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables communicating status and milestones.
• Collect, organize, and verify inputs from project teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Develop summaries and visuals for standard reporting products.
• Review project materials to identify items relevant to reporting needs.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and documentation for consistency and audits.
• Coordinate with project controls to align outputs with templates and expectations.
• Produce clear, well-structured reporting materials for varied audiences.
