Job summary

Luster National seeks a Reporting Specialist to support large heavy-civil infrastructure programs including highways, bridges, transit, and airports. You will develop recurring reports, dashboards, and status updates, and organize data for visibility into progress and performance.

This role involves collaborating with project teams, verifying inputs, and producing clear, well-structured reporting materials for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive reporting experience in heavy-civil infrastructure programs.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into structured outputs.
  • Experience creating written summaries, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables communicating project status.
  • Collect, verify inputs from project teams to support timely reporting.
  • Develop summaries and visuals for standard reporting products.
  • Review materials to identify reporting needs and maintain trackers.
  • Coordinate with controls teams to align outputs with templates.
  • Produce clear, well-structured reporting materials for diverse audiences.
