Job summary

Harvey is hiring a dedicated recruiting partner for its Infrastructure and Platform teams. You will own the end-to-end process from market mapping to closing, partnering with engineering leaders to hire engineers and managers from Mid-level to Staff.

The role requires 5-8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting, deep infra fluency, and a data-driven mindset. You’ll contribute across Core Infra, Model Infra, DB Infra, and Backend Platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting for infra/Platform.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Track record hiring senior and Staff-level engineers.
• Credible infra fluency to distinguish roles (platform vs SRE).
• Strong relationships with hiring managers as a partner.
• Comfort with data and using metrics to guide decisions.
• Nice to have AI/ML infra, security/compliance, or distributed teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn roadmap priorities into a clear hiring plan with roles and profiles.
• Build and maintain pipelines across infra specialties (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Postgres, SRE).
• Map target companies and run targeted outreach to passive senior engineers.
• Advise managers on comp, offers, leveling, and candidate expectations.
• Run high-signal interview loops with system design and reliability scenarios.
• Close candidates by narrating Harvey's infra problems and impact.
• Improve interview plans, sourcing playbooks, referrals, and events.
• Maintain pipeline data and adjust strategies to improve velocity.
