Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in the Northeast market. You will manage diverse teams on complex rail, highway, tunnel, and systems projects, coordinating staff and ensuring delivery.

You will develop client relationships and lead proposals for pursuits, while maintaining schedules and financial performance. Required are a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a NY-licensed PE.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience.
• Licensed PE in New York.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety and complexity of infrastructure related projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Pursue opportunities in the local market and support national pursuits as needed.
• Coordinate staff required for internal project teams and review work by others.
• Oversee project schedules and manage project financials including profit/loss responsibility and direct margin.
• Serve as EXP’s Project Manager on a wide variety of related projects.
• Assist in proposal preparation and presentations for project pursuits.
