Job summary

EXP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in the Northeast market, including transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling work.

You will manage schedules, financials, and client relationships while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a NY-licensed PE.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
• Proven ability to manage and lead diverse project teams with strong project delivery.
• Experience pursuing and delivering projects in the local Northeast market.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel in the United States and Canada.
• Experience with tunnel, bridge, highway, track, and systems design elements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety and complexity of infrastructure related projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain project schedules and manage project financials including profit/loss responsibility.
• Coordinate staff required for internal project teams, including directing, coordinating and reviewing work by others.
• Oversee invoicing/billing and manage project scope and secure change orders as necessary, chase A/R and provide internal reporting.
• Act as EXP’s representative with the client and subcontractors during projects, negotiations, execution and close-out.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for project pursuits.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
