Qualifications

• Active New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15–20 years of comprehensive professional engineering experience.
• Experience across all phases of major development and construction projects.
• Strong experience in highway and roadway design, transportation and civil/site projects, NYC street improvements.
• Excellent project management, planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, design, and coordinate highway, transportation, and civil/site projects.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the preconstruction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Oversee the development and implementation of highway and roadway designs.
• Manage and coordinate utility design and related civil infrastructure work.
• Support and oversee NYC street improvement projects.
• Coordinate project activities with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review design plans, technical documents, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Ensure projects are effectively planned, coordinated, and executed in accordance with project requirements.
• Provide engineering guidance and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and support successful delivery of major development and construction projects.
