Job summary

The Panther Group seeks a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month contract with Boston ITS. Lead complex infrastructure projects, coordinate vendors and IT teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Hybrid role requiring 3–4 days onsite per week in Boston, with a commuting expectation. Strong background in networking, AV, and IT asset management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Experience leading infrastructure-related projects (networking, cabling, AV).
• Proven vendor/subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple infrastructure projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate network, audiovisual, cabling, and telecom installation activities.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and internal IT teams.
• Develop plans, risk reviews, budgets, and progress updates.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and align priorities to operational needs.
