Job summary

JetBlue Airways seeks a Senior Analyst, Infrastructure to support capital projects and strategic real estate initiatives. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and airports authorities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, ensuring safety and quality, and traveling up to 25% as needed. A background in construction management or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, urban planning, business, real estate or related field or demonstrated capability with HS diploma and 4+ years experience.
• 3 years of construction, capital program management, facility management, real estate development, project management experience or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with extensive Excel experience.
• Ability to read and comment on floor plans.
• Excellent communications and people skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel 25%
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects in terminals and facilities to upgrade airline infrastructure.
• Interface with architects, construction managers and stakeholders to review designs and logistics.
• Manage and monitor progress against project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage rent and landing fee budgets for airports.
• Interface with airport authorities on budgets, space acquisitions, or returns and approvals.
• Communicate with JetBlue leaders, designers and contractors for governance.
• Suggest solutions to senior management for critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with requirements, standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety and quality are integral to project operations.
