Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Statistics, modeling, or simulation knowledge with MATLAB, R, or Python.
• Experience using PROMODEL or ARENA is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Use modeling/forecasting to analyze schedules and suggest changes.
• Identify operational improvements using analytical methods.
• Perform simulation modeling for demand/capacity and bottlenecks.
• Recommend new processes using Six Sigma, modeling, and discrete event sim.
• Analyze data via SQL, Python, Excel; present insights to stakeholders.
• Develop business cases with forecasted benefits for initiatives.
• Conduct time studies to establish operational standards.
• Team with cross‑functional groups to define and improve processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities with process mapping and data collection.
