Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join the Global Network Capacity Delivery team. You will scope and plan interdependent capacity scaling projects across multiple data centers, ensuring resources are available and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has solid networking and data center operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex priorities under pressure. This is an onsite role in Oregon with AWS’s comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• 1+ years networking, 2+ years hardware repair or data center ops.
• Experience with Linux and computer hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for internal teams.
• Coordinate hardware verification inspections and rack deployments.
• Launch and scale new network capacity across data centers.
• Assist deployment technicians, coordinate with Supply Chain & Procurement.
• Ensure timelines are met and deliver repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure fast delivery of capacity.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and construction coordination.
• Maintain customer focus and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate effectively under pressure and communicate clearly.
