Job summary

The LiRo Group seeks a Vice President – Infrastructure Engineering Practice Leader for its New York City office. The role leads LiRo-Hill’s infrastructure practice across NYC, NYS, NJ, and New England, providing strategic direction, client leadership, and operational oversight of transportation projects.

You will mentor regional leaders, drive business development, manage risk, and ensure quality across bridge, roadway, traffic, hydraulics, and related civil/structural work, while strengthening

Qualifications

• 15+ years of infrastructure engineering leadership experience in transportation/public markets.
• PE license required; NY PE preferred; NJ/MA licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and coordination of LiRo-Hill’s infrastructure practice.
• Act as senior client-facing leader for public infrastructure opportunities.
• Provide leadership across bridge, roadway, traffic, hydraulics, inspection, and related work.
• Mentor regional leads and staff; manage growth, quality, and financials.
• Guide business development, client engagement, and proposals.
• Oversee project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication.
• Coordinate across civil, structural, and transportation teams.
• Strengthen internal standards, QA/QC, and resource sharing.
