Job summary

KLA Industries in Florida Gulf Coast seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota/Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch. The role blends FDOT style work with CMAR and design-build delivery.

You will own full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate utilities, and lead consultants, contractors and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and Bluebeam
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners
