Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure, roadway and utility projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor under FDOT standards. You will own full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules, budgets and coordination with FDOT, municipalities and contractors.

This direct-hire role offers significant responsibility, competitive compensation up to $150,000 and the chance to shape high-visibility public works in a fast-growing Gulf Coast market.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners
