Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch. The role requires 7–10+ years of large-infrastructure experience and hands-on FDOT standards knowledge.

The position offers direct hire with a competitive compensation package up to $150,000, contingent on experience, and involves coordination with FDOT, municipalities, counties, and utility owners

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design-build or CMAR delivery methods.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, plus Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams.
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration.
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners.
