Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead FDOT roadway, utility and transportation infrastructure across the Sarasota/Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch. You will own full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with FDOT, municipalities and utility owners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of large infrastructure leadership, FDOT standards experience, and a civil engineering or construction

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design-build or CMAR delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Coordinate utility relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams.
• Handle change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration.
• Maintain relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners.

The work is FDOT style: roadway widening and reconstruction, utility relocation and upgrades, water, wastewater and stormwater systems, complete streets, intersections and signalization, with CMAR and design build delivery in the mix.
