Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and rigorous quality and risk controls to align project outcomes with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in infrastructure/engineering/construction PM.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
• Proficiency with PM software and budgeting/financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Serve as main liaison with internal teams, external clients, contractors and executive leadership.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, track forecasts, and mitigate financial risks.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project phases comply with regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to foster high performance.
