Job summary

Encore Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery aligns with Encore’s PMO standards. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple client locations.

You will collaborate with the PMO, Client Success, Service Operations, finance, sales, and presales to maintain project visibility, drive timely decisions, and ensure successful handoffs to managed services or operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, software development, or multi-site tech implementations.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, from kickoff, planning, site readiness through deployment, testing, cutover, validation, and handoff.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, field services, vendors, subcontractors, client IT teams, and other resources to execute deployment activities.
• Manage deployment schedules, site dependencies, procurement, resources, implementation windows, risks, issues, and change control.
• Plan cutovers, outages, rollback contingencies, and post-deployment validation to minimize business disruption.
• Manage project scope against SOWs, address out-of-scope requests and impacts on schedule, budget, resources, and margins.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, escalate issues early, ensure alignment with technical, contractual, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate project closeout, documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to managed services or operations.
