Job summary

Arista Networks seeks a Senior Infrastructure Cloud Systems Manager to lead a complex hybrid, multi-cloud enterprise environment. You will partner with executive leadership to identify strategic technology solutions, manage IT professionals, and oversee major projects ensuring high security and resilience.

You will drive governance, vendor partnerships, and AI adoption within a focused, high-performing team while maintaining strict budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering.
• 3–5 years in a formal technical leadership role.
• Deep experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Windows Server, and Enterprise Linux.
• Production workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap with senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team.
• Establish SOPs, escalation paths, and SLAs/SLOs.
• Drive IaC adoption and multi-cloud governance.
