Arista Networks is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Cloud Systems Manager to lead an IT team managing a complex hybrid, multi-cloud enterprise ecosystem. You will partner with executive leadership to identify strategic technology solutions, manage projects, and drive AI adoption with strong governance and service delivery.

The role requires building vendor partnerships, maintaining cybersecurity standards, and overseeing budgets while fostering growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering; 3–5 years in leadership.
• Deep VMware vSphere/vCenter, Windows Server, and Enterprise Linux expertise.
• Multi-cloud production workloads on AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• IaC experience with Terraform/Ansible/Packer or equivalents.
• Strong networking, security, and DR/BCP across hybrid/multi-cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure professionals.
• Establish SOPs, escalation paths, and operational SLAs/SLOs; drive capacity planning.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• Champion IaC principles to standardize deployments across cloud environments.
• Establish governance for multi-cloud management and platform interconnectivity.
• Develop systems infrastructure, governance, identity and data foundations for AI readiness.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing; drive FinOps.
