Qualifications

• 12+ years in Systems/Cloud Engineering.
• 3–5 years in a formal leadership or management role.
• Deep operational expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Windows Server, and Enterprise Linux environments.
• Production workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, Ansible, Packer or cloud-native IaC frameworks.
• Strong multi-cloud networking, DNS, IAM, and hybrid connectivity knowledge.
• Experience designing and testing disaster recovery/BCP across hybrid/multi-cloud setups.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning with business priorities and AI-enabled innovation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure professionals.
• Establish SOPs, escalation paths, and operational SLAs/SLOs; drive capacity planning and transformation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and evolution of enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
• Champion Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) for standardized deployments across clouds.
• Establish governance for multi-cloud management, workload placement and platform interconnectivity.
• Develop the systems infrastructure, governance, identity and data foundations for enabling enterprise AI.
