Job summary

Arista Networks seeks a Senior Manager - IT Security to lead a team of IT security professionals and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy. You will partner with the CISO team and senior leaders to align security with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will own incident response planning, risk assessment, and the deployment of defensive technologies, including SIEM, firewalls, IDS, and vulnerability management, while mentoring staff and driving continuous security

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT security experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
• Experience with incident response and management.
• Familiarity with relevant security standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the IT security team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Develop and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with the CISO team and senior leaders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks with appropriate controls and monitoring.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security technologies (firewalls, IDS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
• Develop incident response plans and lead investigations to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
