Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to drive strategy and execution across systems, cloud, and network engineering. You will lead five engineers and partner with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and the ability to align team goals with broader business objectives. A bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

• Proven track record leading infrastructure engineering teams.
• Hands-on engineering experience in cloud, systems, or network infrastructure.
• Strong mentorship and career development skills.
• Experience partnering with IT Security, EA and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support professional development of a five-engineer team.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy across systems, cloud, and network domains.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Information Security for compliant designs.
• Own infrastructure project portfolio and enforce clear PM practices.
• Drive on-call management, incident response, and operational metrics.
