True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering to own the compute platform that ties Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, cloud infra, and government-accredited environments together.

The role leads a growing team and scales across SRE, network engineering, developer productivity, and incident management. You will partner with senior engineers and cybersecurity to harden infrastructure and support classified and unclassified programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering.
• 3+ years leading infrastructure teams across multiple disciplines.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret/Top Secret/TS/SCI).
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GovCloud).
• Networking knowledge across multi-cloud, on-prem, VPNs, firewalls, and segmentation.
• DoD accredited environments experience (IL-4/IL-5+), familiarity with NIST 800-53, STIGs, RMF, ATO.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Infrastructure Engineering team (initial 3 Senior Engineers).
• Own compute platform strategy across commercial, CUI, and classified environments.
• Deliver government-accredited compute environments (IL-5, IL-6).
• Drive Kubernetes standardization and multi-cloud/on-prem workload orchestration.
• Partner with senior Platform/Network Engineers and collaborate with Cybersecurity and AI/Data teams.
