A leading financial services AI platform is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage Kubernetes infrastructure and ensure compliance. You'll work on automating secure infrastructure and addressing high-performance regulatory requirements while collaborating with major clients. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with AWS or Azure environments. Compensation ranges from $168k to $213k plus equity, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure engineering or DevOps at high-growth companies.
• Experience managing Docker and Kubernetes clusters in production.
• History of architecting AWS, GCP, or Azure at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience with Datadog for observability.
• Familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Kubernetes infrastructure and security policies.
• Design and implement progressive delivery pipelines.
• Build and maintain observability infrastructure in Datadog.
• Lead incident response for outages and capacity needs.
• Automate secure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
