Kaukauna Utilities is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, strengthen, and modernize the technology backbone supporting our electric and water operations. The role focuses on reliable IT and OT systems, security, and operational continuity.

You will design and implement networks, servers, virtualization, IAM, and cloud services, lead modernization projects, and collaborate across IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and Operations to keep critical utility services resilient.

Competenze

Bachelor's or associate degree in IT or related field.
5+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex infrastructure solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise networking, servers, virtualization, IAM, backups, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Experience in utility/critical-infrastructure environment is a plus.
