Job summary

Peraton Labs is seeking a poly cleared Senior Infrastructure Engineer to implement, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse research infrastructure systems. You will work with a cross-functional Peraton Labs infrastructure, security, and software support team, and interface directly with the customer to ensure systems are mission-ready, resilient, and compliant.

This on-site role is located near College Park, MD, and may be eligible for an increased sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in application prototype development and/or system engineering; 10+ years with a master's, and 8+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in IT and telecommunications system engineering, system integration, development and operations, project execution and quality oversight.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and technical staff.
• Should be capable of designing and delivering technical solutions.
• Ability to work on complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team.
• Active/current certification in Systems engineering, Information security, Networking, System Administration, Virtualization, IT systems management, or Project management.
