Job summary

Peraton Labs seeks a senior infrastructure engineer to implement, maintain, and enhance complex research infrastructure systems. You’ll work with a cross-functional Peraton Labs infrastructure, security, and software support team, and interface directly with the customer to ensure systems are mission-ready, resilient, and compliant.

This full-time on-site role is based near College Park, MD, with eligibility for an increased sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

12+ years in application prototype development or system engineering; bachelor’s in CS/EE/IS or related field; 10+ years with a master’s, 8+ years with a PhD
Demonstrated work experience in IT and telecommunications system engineering, system integration, DevOps, project execution and quality oversight
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and technical staff
Ability to design and deliver technical solutions
Ability to work on complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
