Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking an experienced SRE/Infrastructure engineer to scale distributed systems for high-volume data ingestion and real-time AI agents. You will shape infrastructure practices as the platform grows, owning reliability and performance.

Join a startup-lean team with hands-on work across ETL pipelines, data infra, and tooling in Python, TypeScript, or Java. Hybrid in Palo Alto, four days on-site, with visa restrictions noted.

Qualificações

• 5 to 16 years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Startup or rapidly scaling company experience preferred, with established SRE practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability and scalability of distributed systems for data ingestion and real-time AI agents.
• Build and improve ETL pipelines and data infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, and ClickHouse.
• Develop automation, tooling, and product features across the stack with Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to customer issues, and lead incident response.
• Strengthen infrastructure-as-code with Pulumi, CI/CD, and observability practices.
