Job summary

24-MAG LLC is seeking a full-time Software Engineer for remote collaboration on a next-generation platform. You will work across backend APIs, data pipelines, and React frontends, applying Python and TypeScript to build production-ready features that support AI-assisted engineering workflows.

The role blends traditional full-stack work with research-inspired development, partnering with research engineering, operations, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in Python and TypeScript and ability to build CRUD apps.
• Experience with FastAPI/Flask backend and React frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production-ready features across backend APIs, data pipelines, and React frontends.
• Build and maintain backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Develop TypeScript-based frontend and platform components.
• Own features from requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure platform reliability and support day-to-day expert workflows.
