Job summary

Pinnacle Partners is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The role focuses on top-tier escalation, project design, and seamless handoff to support.

Responsibilities include leading infrastructure projects, managing major incidents, and administering M365 and identity services across hybrid environments. Direct-hire with benefits and growth opportunities in a multi-tenant setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive IT engineering experience; MSP or multi-tenant exp 2+ years.
• Strong M365 administration experience.
• Advanced Active Directory and Entra ID engineering skills, hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, design, and execution of client infrastructure projects from SOW to handoff.
• Own Major Incidents and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provision hosts, configure clusters, tune resources, plan capacity.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery integrations.
• Administer M365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Defender/Compliance.
